In the UK, VAT relief is available on wigs and hairpieces if your hair loss is due to a medical reason such as chemotherapy, alopecia, hormonal imbalances, or medication side effects. To claim this exemption, you’ll need to complete the VAT relief form (available via the link at the bottom of our website). If you are not eligible for VAT exemption, VAT will need to be added to your order. For further details on eligibility, please refer to the official guidance on the HMRC website. If you do not complete the form, you will be sent a separate invoice for the VAT.

  • We’re delighted to offer complimentary customisation on all of our wigs. This includes adding bangs or a fringe, adjusting weight and shape, refining layers, and removing any excess around the face to create the most natural, seamless finish.

    You can also request:

    • Lace cutting

    • A personalised hairline

    • A changed or moved parting (this can be done by you at home or by Sharni before collection/shipping)

    Please note that once your requested customisations have been carried out, the wig is non-returnable.

    Many of our wigs arrive with a basic cut, so please feel free to request any personal touches to make your piece truly yours.
