What to Expect
Providing calm, personalised care is at the heart of how I work. That’s why the clinic operates on an appointment-only, one-to-one basis, allowing you the time, space, and privacy to relax and explore your options without feeling rushed.
You’re very welcome to bring a friend or family member with you for support or a second opinion if that feels helpful.
The clinic is discreetly located on the second floor of the Old Mill, with a private side entrance to ensure complete privacy. When you arrive, I’ll buzz you in and personally greet you.
Once inside, you’ll be able to unwind and explore your options in a calm, supportive environment. I keep over 40 luxury human hair wigs and toppers in stock, across a range of colours, lengths, and densities. This allows us to create an accurate colour match and gives you the opportunity to try different styles to see how they look and feel on you.
Many pieces are available to purchase on the day. If you find something you love and wish to proceed, you’re welcome to take it with you, or you can secure it with a 50% deposit, removing it from general sale and booking a follow-up fitting appointment if needed.
If a bespoke or special order is required, a 50% deposit is taken to place the order, and you’ll be booked back in once your piece arrives for fitting and personalisation. The final balance is paid on the day of collection or fitting, once you’re completely happy.
There is never any pressure to decide on the day. If you’d prefer time to reflect at home, you can simply request your deposit invoice, which will be sent with a secure payment link.

If you’re unable to visit the clinic, you’re not alone — and you’re absolutely still supported.
Working with clients online is a very normal part of how I care for people experiencing hair loss. Many of my clients are based outside the area, have health considerations, or simply feel more comfortable beginning their journey from home.
Your consultation can take place via WhatsApp video call, where we’ll talk through everything together — just as we would in person.
During your online consultation, we will:

If you decide to move forward after your consultation, a 50% deposit is required to begin your order. From there, we’ll start working together step by step.
While your wig or topper is being created, I’ll stay closely connected with you — sharing videos, updates, and guidance so you feel informed, reassured, and involved throughout the process.
Once your piece is finished and you’re completely happy, the final balance is paid, and your wig or topper is carefully packaged and shipped via next-day delivery.
Distance doesn’t mean less care.
