My private studio offers a calm, discreet and welcoming environment where you will receive personal, one-to-one support. There is no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach. I will take the time to listen, understand what matters to you and guide you through the options available, so you can make a choice that feels right for you.

What to Expect
Calm, personalised care is at the heart of everything I do. The clinic operates on an appointment-only, one-to-one basis, giving you the time, privacy and space to explore your options without ever feeling rushed or under pressure.
You are very welcome to bring a friend or family member with you for support or a second opinion.
The clinic is discreetly located on the second floor of the Old Mill and has a private side entrance. When you arrive, I will buzz you in and personally welcome you into the studio.
During your consultation, we will talk about your hair, lifestyle and what you would like from your wig or topper. You will then have the opportunity to explore a wide selection of luxury human hair pieces in different colours, lengths and densities.
I keep more than 40 human hair wigs and toppers in stock, allowing us to achieve an accurate colour match and giving you the opportunity to try different options to discover what looks and feels most natural to you.
Many pieces are available to purchase on the day. If you find the right one, you can take it with you following any required personalisation. Alternatively, you can secure it with a 50% deposit, removing it from general sale, and return for a fitting and personalisation appointment.
If you require a bespoke or specially ordered piece, a 50% deposit will be taken when your order is placed. Once it arrives, you will be invited back to the clinic for your fitting and personalisation, with the remaining balance payable at this appointment.
There is never any pressure to make a decision on the day. If you would prefer some time to think at home, I can send you a deposit invoice with a secure payment link.

Can’t Come in Person? I Can Still Support You
If you are unable to travel to the clinic, you can still receive the same personal care and guidance from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Online consultations are a normal part of the service I provide. Many of my clients live outside the area, have health or mobility considerations, or simply feel more comfortable beginning their journey at home.
Your consultation will take place through a WhatsApp video call, where we will discuss everything just as we would during an in-person appointment.
During your online consultation, we will:

There is never any pressure to make a decsion but If you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required to secure or order your chosen piece.
I will remain in close contact with you throughout the process, sharing videos, updates and guidance so that you continue to feel informed, reassured and involved.
Once your wig or topper is ready and the final balance has been paid, it will be carefully packaged and sent to you using a tracked next-day delivery service.
Distance does not mean receiving less care. It simply means we work together a little differently with the same attention, honesty, expertise and compassion at every stage.
