These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all subscriptions purchased through Sharni K Hair Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing, you (“you”, “your”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Subscription

1.1 This subscription is not a fixed-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Clause 3.
1.2 You will only be charged for the products or services you have received, ordered, or booked under your subscription.
1.3 Subscriptions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to another party without our prior written consent.

2. Payments

2.1 Payments are collected automatically via Stripe using the payment method you provide at the time of sign-up.
2.2 You must ensure your payment information is accurate and kept up to date.
2.3 If your payment fails, you must resolve the issue within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your subscription until payment is received.
2.4 If you cancel your subscription, any outstanding balance for products or services already provided or dispatched must be paid in full within 24 hours of cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us directly.
3.2 Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further recurring payments will be taken after the cancellation date.
