Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At Sharni K Hair Ltd, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, we operate the following cancellation and deposit policy for consultations and bookings made via Fresha.
1. Deposits

A £25 deposit is required when booking a new consultation.

This deposit secures your appointment and covers the one-hour consultation and educational session, where we provide expert advice on wigs, toppers, and hair loss solutions.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover our time, preparation, and professional expertise.
2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you may move your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

We understand that many of our clients are managing health conditions. Where possible, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as you are aware that you cannot attend.

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies, such as hospital appointments or sudden illness.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained, and a new booking will require a new deposit.

No-shows (where you do not attend and do not contact us) are strictly non-refundable.

Please respect our time and the needs of other clients by letting us know if you cannot attend.
4. Fairness & Compassion
We aim to operate a policy that is fair to all clients. We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where notice is given, particularly in cases of medical circumstances. However, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as they are a payment for our time and expertise.
