Welcome to my private clinic in the historic town of Gainsborough, located on the second floor of a beautifully restored old mill overlooking the river.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a discreet, peaceful space designed to help you feel calm, comfortable, and supported from the moment you step inside. The clinic is on the second floor and has no shop frontage, allowing you to attend your appointment with complete privacy and ease.
Appointments are always one-to-one, giving you my full attention in a relaxed and safe environment. You’re very welcome to attend alone, or to bring a friend or family member for support if that feels right for you.
My focus is on helping clients regain confidence and enhance their overall well-being through modern, non-surgical, undetectable hair-loss solutions. I’ve supported women across the country in achieving natural-looking results that feel aligned with who they are.

Visiting the Clinic
Our private clinic is located in Studio 6 on the second floor of the Old Mill, offering a calm and discreet setting for your appointment.
The building has no visible shopfront and is home to several other wellness businesses. This means you can arrive with complete discretion, without anyone knowing which business you are visiting.
Arriving at the Clinic
The building remains locked to protect the privacy of everyone working and visiting inside. When you arrive, please press buzzer number 6 (Sharni Knighton), and we will let you in.
Once inside the building, simply follow the signs to Studio 6, where we will be ready to welcome you.
Your Private Appointment
Inside the clinic, you will find a calm, comfortable space created specifically for private, one-to-one appointments.
A dedicated styling chair is available for you, along with a comfortable seating area for any friend or family member you may like to bring along for support or a second opinion.
We understand how important it is to see your wig or topper properly before deciding. The studio has a variety of mirrors and lighting, allowing you to view each piece from different angles and distances, and see how the colour and overall appearance look in different light.
You will have the time and space to explore your options, ask questions and consider how each piece looks and feels without pressure.
When to Arrive
As appointments are private and the studio does not have a separate waiting area, we kindly ask you to arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than arriving early.
This helps us protect the privacy of the client before you and ensures that every person receives their full, uninterrupted appointment time.
If you arrive with time to spare, you are welcome to enjoy a walk along the riverside or visit the café downstairs. Otherwise, you may need to wait in the hallway until the studio is ready for you.
Accessibility
The clinic is located on the second floor of the Old Mill. Due to the building's age and original design, unfortunately, there is no lift or wheelchair access.
The usual entrance is reached using the side stairs. If you have mobility difficulties, please contact us before your appointment. We can meet you at the front door and give you access through an alternative entrance.
Please be aware that the alternative route still includes stairs. However, they are less steep and have handrails on both sides for additional support.
If the stairs would prevent you from visiting the studio, we would be happy to discuss arranging an online consultation so that you can still receive personal advice and guidance from home.
