For a truly personalised experience, our custom-order service allows you to create an IntelliLUX wig tailored to your preferences.
With an approximate lead time of 6–8 weeks, you can select your preferred colour, length and size to find the perfect starting point for your new look.
Once your order has been placed, you'll have the opportunity to discuss additional customisation, including professional trimming, shaping or the addition of a fringe (bangs).
You can choose to visit us for a professional fitting or discuss your preferences remotely, from the comfort of your own home.
To ensure every detail is just right, Sharni will personally contact you via WhatsApp after your purchase to confirm your selections and discuss your requirements before your wig is created.

VAT Relief Information
In the UK, qualifying customers may be eligible for VAT relief on wigs and hairpieces purchased for medical reasons, subject to HMRC conditions. This may include qualifying hair loss associated with conditions such as alopecia or the effects of medical treatment.
To claim VAT relief, please complete our VAT Relief Form, available via the link at the bottom of our website.
If you do not qualify for VAT relief, VAT will be payable at the applicable rate. If the required form is not completed, we will issue a separate invoice for the VAT due.
